These general terms and conditions apply between Stiftelsen Romsdalsmuseet (hereinafter referred to as the Romsdal Museum) and the person (hereinafter referred to as the orderer) who, himself or through others places an order on the Romsdal Museum's booking platform.
Customer's responsibility

The ordering party is responsible for ensuring that the information in the confirmation is in accordance with the order.
The Romsdals Museum does not accept responsibility for orders that, due to technical problems, have not come to the Romsdal Museum.
Ordering and payment
Tickets for admission to our museums: All orders are charged 100% at the time of booking and will be deducted from the customer's specified payment card at the time of booking.
When you shop at Romsdalsmuseet and Museumsbillett, the payment is processed by Netaxept, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. All information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations.
After properly completed prepayment, you should receive a receipt at your specified e-mail address with confirmation / booking number, specifying the activities you have ordered and paid for.
The order is not completed and is not valid in the following cases:
The customer must ensure that they are reached at the e-mail address provided at registration.
The orderer is responsible for ensuring that correct and effective contact data is provided. If the email is not received within the expected time, we ask you to check your spam filter, the inbox for junk email and / or contact us by email or telephone.
The orderer is responsible for keeping the confirmation of the e-mail and sending it in printed or electronic form to the Romsdalsmuseet.
Activities with unlimited capacity can, in agreement with the Romsdal Museum, be exchanged for dates other than those chosen at the time of booking. This applies on condition that the place is open and the price for the new date is the same.
When purchasing limited capacity activities, purchased tickets are valid only on the date and time stated on the booking and are non-refundable.

The Romsdal Museum reserves the right to make errors in prices, descriptions of services or technical problems that may arise.
Insurance
The customer is responsible for own, relevant insurance that applies to travel and booking conditions, including travel and leisure insurance (including cancellation insurance) and travel liability insurance
Force Majure
The Romsdal Museum cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, canceled trips, closed facilities or other conditions beyond our control.
Activities can be canceled due to heavy lightning and thunder, as well as other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
